Campanelli spoke about the duties of a Zoning Commission member and about Ohio Revised Code sections that apply to the board.
An amended list of meeting dates was approved. Meetings are scheduled for April 11, May 9, June 19, July 25, Oct. 10 and Nov. 21.
Campanelli said the regional planning commission is working on the update of the Plain Township Comprehensive Mini-Master Plan and it should be ready for review this summer.
Zoning Board Commission members David Roshong, Terry Seeberger, Patti Thornborough, Jeff Arnold, Todd Galloway and alternate Steve Harrison were present.
Planning, Zoning & Development Director Nick Campanelli and Assistant Zoning Director Stephanie Metzger were also in attendance. David Roshong was elected Chairman, Terry Seeberger was elected Vice Chairman.
