• Police arrested a North Canton boy, 11, at his residence on a charge of unruly juvenile offenses by way of being habitually disobedient. The suspect was issued a summons to appear in Stark County Family Court and released the scene to his mother.

• Officers responded to a call regarding an injured deer on the side of the road on the 1400 block of Easthill Street. An officer dispatched the animal with his service weapon and the street department was notified to clear the scene.

• Police responded to a call from a Canton woman who reported that her adult son, a North Canton resident, had sent messages implying that he was going to kill himself. When officers arrived, the man was clam, but admitted to going through personal issues. Emergency personnel arrived and transported the man to a local medical facility.

• A Canton woman, 33, was arrested and charged with possession of drugs following an incident at a North Canton residence. The suspect was issued a summons to appear in Canton Municipal Court and released at the scene.

• Police arrested a Canton woman, 19, at a Whipple Avenue location on a charge of theft. The suspect was issued a summons to appear in Canton Municipal Court and released at the scene.

• An Akron woman, 31, was arrested at an Arlington Road location on a charge of felony theft without consent stemming from an incident at an Orchard Hill Drive location. The suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Stark County Jail.

• A North Canton woman, 44, reported that her children were being disrespectful and cursing at her. She also reported that the two children refused to follow house rules and both were taken into custody.

• Officers responded to a call regarding a suicidal male at a Barchester Avenue residence. The officers observed a vehicle in the driver with two individuals inside. One of them, a male, was on the phone with the suicidal individual and police were able to speak to the man, who was later found to have an outstanding warrant and was taken into custody and booked into the Stark County Jail.

• An Orchard Hill Drive man, 18, reported that an individual was in his apartment without permission. The man reported that the suspect, a juvenile male, entered and began arguing with him over a personal issue. Police spoke with management for the building, who advised that none of the involved parties should be in the apartment from that day forward.

• Police arrested a North Canton boy, 14, at A 7th Street residence on a charge of unruly juvenile offenses by way of being habitually disobedient. The suspect was issued a summons to appear in Stark County Family Court and released the scene to his mother.

• A Canton man, 51, was arrested at a Barchester Road residence on an outstanding warrant. The suspect was taken into custody and transferred into the custody of a sheriff’s deputy.

• Police arrested a Uniontown man, 26, near the intersection of West Maple Street and Pleasant Court on a charge of possession of drugs, a misdemeanor. The suspect was issued a summons to appear in Canton Municipal Court and released at the scene.

• An Applegrove Court woman, 26, reported that an unknown suspect used her debit card to make online purchases totaling $1,010. An investigation is pending.

• Police arrested a Jonathan Avenue man, 20, at a Pittsburg Avenue residence on a charge of possession of drugs, a misdemeanor. The suspect was issued a summons to appear in court and released at the scene.

• A Canton man, 24, was arrested at an Elberta Avenue location and charged with possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was issued a summons to appear in Canton Municipal Court and released at the scene.
