The Reynoldsburg Division of Police is investigating the death of a man whose body was found at a car wash parking lot early Saturday.

Police identified the man as James W. Stennies Jr., 59, of Blacklick, and said he had been shot in the chest. Patrol officers found his body in the parking lot of Miracle Car Wash near the 600 block of Lancaster Avenue around 1:30 a.m. after they responded to a report of gun shots, police said in a news release.

Police said they are continuing to investigate.
