P31 Fitness, a new, Canton-area fitness program for women, will offer a free preview bootcamp class on Saturday, May 19, from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. at Price Park in North Canton.
The preview class is to kick-off the fitness program’s bootcamps that will be offered during June and July.
“It is free to women and will give them a taste of what P31 and the bootcamps are about,” said Ashley Dumont, co-owner of P31 Fitness.
P31 Fitness, based in Texas, was founded on the principles of the Proverbs 31 woman described in the Bible. The program emphasizes not only physical health but also mental, emotional and spiritual health.
